Y ha llegado Samsung pegando un salto de número hasta el S20, tres terminales de las que prácticamente se conocía su aspecto, specs y detalles en todos los leaks previos pero que siempre es agradable conocer de parte de quienes lo presentan con redoblantes.

Los S20 son una familia de tres con diferencias de tamaño y algunas specs en una serie de topes de gama impresionantes.

Las pantallas Dynamic AMOLED 2X de 6.2″, 6.7″ y 6.9″ ofrecen 3200×1440 pixeles y 120Hz de refresco, algo que ya se sabía y que obviamente esperamos ver en todos los gama alta.

Casi sin bezeles, “Infinity-O”, bordes redondeados, HDR10+, por default estan configurados en 60Hz pero es configurable el tema de los 120Hz.

La cámara frontal es la misma para los tres, 10MP, Dual Pixel AF, F/2.2, la diferencia la veremos en las cámaras principales con un setup triple para el primero y cuádruple para los otros dos, el S20 cuenta con un sensor Wide de 12MP (120˚) otro de 12MP (79˚), y un Telephoto estabilizado óptico de 64MP (dual pixel).

El S20+ y el S20 Ultra cuentan con setup de cuatro cámaras, Ultra Wide de 12MP, otra de 12MP y Telephoto de 64MP más DepthVision Camera, el sensor de Telephoto es de 48MP. La frontal es de 40MP. Ah un detalle, la cámara dice 12MP pero el sensor es de 108MP, esto significa que toma 9 pixeles para formar cada uno final, obviamente esto genera fotografías mucho más detalladas y con mucha más luz. Al mismo tiempo se puede usar para emular un zoom bestial que no tendrá el mejor detalle al máximo pero será sin dudas sorprendente. El de 48MP, por su parte, tiene un zoom óptico en forma de periscopio interno, algo que vimos ya en Huawei y que ahora adopta con un quad pixel, 48MP pero da fotos de 12MP con mejor calidad.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5GEn la batería tenemos una diferencia interesante, primero que la base es de 4000mAh, el segundo de 4500mAh y el tercero de 5000mAh! Al fin Samsung decidiéndose por buenas baterías para teléfonos de tan alto consumo. Los cargadores son de 25W salvo el Ultra que alcanza los 45W.

También en las memorias hay pequeñas variaciones, 8 a 12GB de RAM en el primero y segundo, 12 a 16GB en el tercero, almacenamientos de 128 a 512 GB (ver detalle de las specs más abajo)

Los modelos son 4G LTE y con versiones 5G ya desde el vamos lo que es obviamente interesante para el público coreano y del resto del primer mundo que ya tiene las primeras redes instaladas y pueden sacarle provecho a este enorme equipo.

No lo agrega Samsung en sus specs oficiales pero el tema procesadores sigue teniendo dos universos al mismo tiempo:

A nivel global lanzan con el Exynos 990 (producidoa a 7nm( que cuenta con dos núcleos Mongoose M5 a 2.73GHz, dos Cortex A76 a 2.6GHz y cuatro Cortex A55 a 2.0GHz con un GPU Mali-G77 MP11.

Para EEUU solamente utilizarán el Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 (7nm+) con un núcleo Kyro 585 a 2.84GHz, 3 Kyro 585 a 2.42GHz y cuatro a 1.8GHz con un GPU Adreno 650.
